We're on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team at ChangeEngine in the UK. As we navigate the exciting journey of scaling up, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, where every line of code contributes to our growth trajectory.

You'll be instrumental in architecting and refining our backend infrastructure, ensuring it's robust, scalable, and ready to handle the demands of our rapidly expanding user base. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly iterate on features and enhancements for the ChangeEngine platform.
• Take ownership of backend development tasks, from architectural design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions.
• Embrace a fast-paced, agile development environment where autonomy, adaptability, and collaboration are key — and be willing to roll up your sleeves on a wide range of technical challenges.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices, and actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure the quality and consistency of our codebase.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, using technologies such as TypeScript, Python or Ruby, and event streaming and relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready code in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering end-to-end features, involving both backend and frontend changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Experience working in a similar-sized company or startup environment, where you've had to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where curiosity is valued.
